On Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 12:00 to approx. 14:30 Martin Steiner will again offer one of his great band coaching workshops for bandleaders!

At the workshop, bandleaders will be given an inspiring platform to exchange experiences and knowledge, where they can bring in their own band-specific questions and form a competence cluster. Facilitated by band coach Martin, new options and insights can be developed on an equal footing with other bandleaders, which can support your work as a bandleader and the development of your band.

Own topics can be e.g. agreement in song selection, dealing with different ideas about the number of gigs and rehearsals, change of band members, division of work in projects like CD productions and tours and others.

The schedule of our workshop is planned like this:

12:00 Introduction & round of introductions
12:20 p.m. Exchange of experiences
13:00 Contribute and reflect on your own questions
13:30 Break (15min.)
13:45 Input on the 5 phases of team development from Martin with exchange
14:00 Next steps & feedback round
14:30 End + networking in the foyer café

Martin has been coaching bands for 8 years, plays in 3 bands and can therefore draw on a wealth of experience. Martin will introduce you to the 5 phases of team development (according to Bruce Tuckman) – the knowledge about the existence of the phases, the typical conflicts that occur in each phase as well as possible solutions will enable you to face future conflicts in a relaxed way!

The workshop is limited to 8 participants and costs 27 euros.
