General terms and conditions

Rehearsal rooms can be booked either via the online booking system, by e-mail, by phone or directly on site. Super-Sessions is entitled to move (online) bookings to other rehearsal rooms of the same or higher category. An advance bank transfer may be required by Super Sessions to confirm a booking. During the use of the rehearsal room, an identity card must be deposited at Super-Sessions. The fee is to be paid before or directly after the use of the rehearsal room in cash or by Girocard (EC card).

The rental start is possible on the hour or half hour.

The rental period is a minimum of one hour and includes all set-up, tear-down and any clean-up. If the agreed rental time is exceeded, the price for half an hour of rehearsal room rental will be charged for each half hour or part thereof.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the booked period. In case of later cancellation, the agreed remuneration is to be paid in full.

Use of all Super Sessions facilities and operations is at your own risk. Super-Sessions is not liable for personal injury (e.g. hearing damage) caused by the use of the rehearsal rooms. Within the scope of the use of the rehearsal room, the lessee is responsible for the conduct of all other persons to whom he grants access to the rehearsal room and to the equipment available there, as for his own conduct.

Prior to the commencement of the use of the rehearsal room, the Lessee shall satisfy itself as to the completeness and proper functioning of the technical equipment (in particular instruments, amplifiers, loudspeakers and microphones as well as cabling). Any damage to rooms or equipment present at the beginning of the rental period or occurring during the rental period must be reported immediately by the Lessee to the staff of Super-Sessions.

If rooms or the equipment (in particular instruments, technical equipment or accessories) are damaged or items are stolen, the resulting damage is to be compensated by the lessee.

Super-Sessions does not provide compensation for lost items, even in locked rooms. No liability is assumed for wardrobe.

Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Place of performance and payment is the registered office of Super-Sessions, Invalidenstr. 117, 10115 Berlin. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In all other respects, the statutory provisions shall apply.
